Our Expertise
Kate Harmer comes from a background steeped in higher education. Growing up she lived in Durham, NC, Wellesley, MA, and Atlanta, GA where her father was a professor at Duke, Harvard, and Emory. She went to high school in Atlanta, GA at Westminster and Galloway and then went on to spend years in higher education herself.
She graduated from the esteemed ivy-league University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA with an undergraduate degree in history. Further, she attained a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Her deep experience working in higher education, project management, and consulting, allows her to seamlessly bring together the many moving pieces in college admissions to successfully guide clients through the process.
